RENTAL CONDITIONS

The rental period is of a week's duration, from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday 10am.

Upon arrival, the renter will go to reception to pay the outstanding cost of the rental and also a deposit of 76.22 €. The renter will then receive the keys.

The equipment is inventoried. Upon arrival, the renter must check the inventory and inform the campsite management of any anomalies.

Cleaning will be at the renter's cost. The rental must be returned in pristine condition. If this is not the case, all or part of the deposit may be retained.

Every renter must respect the campsite's rules and regulations.

Pets are accepted at a cost of 11.35 € per week, per animal.
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 7 days after confirmation of his/her booking to retract said booking by recorded delivery letter. After this 7 day period, 50% of the total cost of the rental booked will be retained, except in the case of force majeure.

In the case of any dispute of any kind, the law courts of Cahors (46) will preside, even in the case of several defenders or introduction of third parties. Only French law is applicable.
